Intent and outcome are different things. Frequency, swingweight, loft, lie, and length are all re-checked on the finished club, and anything outside tolerance goes back on the bench rather than into your bag.

Everything assembled here is documented on a single card: raw shaft length before cutting, tip and butt trim taken, finished playing length, butt frequency, swingweight, loft and lie as measured after bending. It travels home with you, and we keep the duplicate on file so a repair three years from now starts from a record instead of a guess.

Before you swing, your current clubs go on the frequency machine and the loft-lie gauge. Half the useful information in a fitting comes from finding out what you have been playing.
You hit your own clubs first. Nothing is changed, nothing is sold, and the numbers become the reference point everything else is compared against.
We pull candidates from the profile board — usually three, never fifteen — and put them in test heads at your length so the only variable that changed is the shaft.
Loft, lie, weighting, and grip size get resolved last, once the shaft decision is stable. Doing it in the other order means re-testing everything twice.
Assembly happens in-house on the same floor, then every finished club is re-measured and written onto your card before pickup.
